Jesus Christ told Nicodemus, that Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God. Jesus said Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. We may be born of water, but no will be born of the Spirit until Jesus Christ returns. Jesus also said, no man has ascended up to heaven, but He that came down from heaven. John 3:1-13.

According to Scripture...We are born of God's Spirit Here and now through faith in Jesus Christ.
"But as many as received him (Jesus), TO THEM he gave the power to become the Sons of God, even to them that believe in his name, which were born.... not of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God"- (John 1:12)

You don't know the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God came to me as He did at the Feast of Pentecost in Acts 2.
I think that you need to read a bit more.
