Okay, I live in Tennessee and ofcourse I get stuck with the worst accent I think is out there! And I was looking for A way to pick up another accent. I can do A british one but I was hoping for A way to do A accent like people in Newark, New Jersey. I mean come on people work with me here, In Tennessee I've noticed that instead of people saying pants they say paints, or stamps staymps, and wash is worsh. It's driving me mad!!!! So if anyone knows of any free website that can tell me how the pronounce and speak with A Newark accent would be great! Thnx n advance!!!!

Hey, are you a Tennessee native? I'm from Alabama and I love my accent. It's our heritage. I think fake accents are so phony and sound just dumb. I wouldn't change my Southern drawl for any other accent. It's what makes us us. ♥

You should be proud of your cultural heritage. At least you don't sound like the English. They've butchered the English language, which, when you think about it, is pretty ironic....
