this is what ill do 4 time a week 4 an hour
200 situps
50 side oblque situp thingys on eachside
60 pushups rest after 20 pushups
2 minute stall on my elbows with a stright body
rest 2 minutes
7 minute jog on treadmill
rest one minute
40 hammer curls with 15 puond dumbell
25 bicep curls
40 more hammer curls
20 more bicep curls
100 forearm curls
rest 3 minutes
100 dumbell rows
and then thats all
will this really get me fit over the summer
