I have a special event coming up soon and I need a more fit/toned stomach. I'm not overweight, just have those annoying "love handles" and "mini" tummy. I'm 18, 150 lbs, 5'8...Just having a flat stomach or a little tonality would be nice, nothing drastic now. I need this done in like 2 weeks, anyone help??

will doing cardio like running/jogging suffice?

do sit ups every day. about 4 sets of 30. also go for runs or joggs every couple of days

crunches while bicycling on your back and leg lifts bring your legs straight up while on your back lowering them a foot at a time spread legs at each interval and closing them to the next level till just a few inches off the ground and repeating as much as you can stand you should feel the burn in your gut

do 3 sets of 25 crunches everyday. im a cheerleader and thats one of the many things we do to stay in shape. or ab-lounge works too. good luck !
