bench presses push ups pull ups lie flat on the bench with Dumb bell in each hand and extend arms straight up and lower them to the sides ....use as much weight as possible to rip the muscle for bulk as it repairs oh also include curls with
bar weight or dumb bells.

Do wide-grip benching, and wide grip push ups, wide grip chin ups. The further your arms are from your body the more you work your chest. But, I hope you're not just working on your chest.

My chest became massive doing it old skool by doing an incredible amount of push-ups.

lie on the ground, strech your arms And lifting the weights (5lbs. and up) 180 degrees. I do that and it works.
