U should probably have it professionally done at a hair salon. It may be a bit expensive, but at least it will be done properly. And the stylist will be able to answer all your questions.

NO they are not always expensive and no they are not always hard to maintain or to keep

there are SOOOOOOOOO many ways to put them in and SOOOOOO many brands and types of hair
try:
www.hisandher.com

They have EXCELLENT human hair in many colors, textures, lengths etc.
also try

www.doctoredlocks.com and
www.ragdolly.net

they have many many crazy colors if you want to be adventurous....

the best way to get extensions is to go to a good salon (it doesn't have to be an expensive one, just check to see if they are clean and professional) they can sew them in, glue them in etc.....but certain techniques are more expensive than others, it just depends on your budget

If done well they can last up to a few months

good luck! :-D

i got the jessica simpson human extentions on ebay because they are 500 bucks on hsn but only 238 on ebay and i've been using them and my hair looks great ...... another tip is to not get the synthetic hair if you're not thinking of keeping them in for more than a month because they tangle easy and you can't brush, wash, dye, or play around with the synthetic hair pieces .. just go to hsn.com and look at the different hair styles! good luck!!
