Sounds like he's already doing things to you. Like messing with your head and your heart. Slow down. There's no rush. And 3 months is nothing in the long run.

Only when you are physically/emotionally ready.
When you can accept responsibility for the consequences of your actions! I am not just talking about pregnancy/STD.
Even if it isn't sex, when you get physical with another person it changes you emotionally. Be careful!
If you are comfortable and you love him, then talk to him about it! Make sure you set the parameters for what is/isn't acceptable.
