The depth of the affliction is located through a quantity of elements. The place of the tattoo, the ability of the artist, the volume of element and shading, and your possess individual tolerance for affliction. One factor to keep in mind while considering the affliction component for a tattoo is how a lot meat is among your dermis and bones in that discipline. The bonier an discipline is, the extra it'll more commonly harm. Another factor to keep in mind is, if an discipline is conveniently ticklish, it'll ordinarily be painful to tattoo. Generally probably the most so much painful locations to get tattoos are the ribcage, foot, ankle, hands, in the back of the ear, eyeball, pubic discipline, and underside of the arm. Some of the least painful have a tendency to be the outer arm, again, thighs, belly, breast/%. Personally, my so much painful tattoo used to be my hands. Then my chest. Most of my chest tattoo used to be bearable, however the components of the layout that hit my sternum and close my nipple have been lovely painful. Then my collarbone. My least painful used to be at the external of my higher arm. That one didn't harm in any respect actually besides for one little location that wraps round to the delicate below arm. Some individuals discover that the coloring and shading is extra painful than the preliminary line paintings when you consider that the needle might hit the identical spot greater than as soon as, bringing a entire new sensation of affliction to a recent wound. Another factor to keep in mind is your possess tolerance for affliction. If you cry whilst you stub your toe or get a papercut, a tattoo simply could now not be for you. Studies exhibit that individuals with purple hair will have a larger tolerance for affliction than others and blonde a lessen. I desire that is helping. Good success!! ~MG

Depends on who you are and where you get it. Me personally, I have four tattoo, three of which didn't cause me any pain, they only stung a bit. However one of them did hurt quiet a bit, it was for my ankle, but it wasn't so bad where I couldn't stand it or cried. It just hurt, lol.
Don't worry about the pain, its not as bad as it seems.

The more sensitive spots are usually bony areas, such as the spine, wrist, etc. Larger muscles can be painful.. When I had my shoulder tattoo, for instance, I could feel it tickle/tingle in the underarm area.
Fatty areas are the least sensitive, in my opinion.

I think it depends on your level of pain tolerance. Women can have babies without pain medication, you can get a little tattoo.

Depends on your tolerance for pain and where you get it on your body. Less muscular places hurt like inside of arms and ankles. The most painless place is upper arm.

it depends where it is - the more fat and muscle on the area, the less painful it is. but if it's right on top of bone, it can be pretty painful. it mostly feels like a cat scratch.

Depends on where on your body you are getting it put on. Your fingers, hands, would have more nerve endings and would appear to have more pain. Where ever you have more body fat would have pain to a less degree.
