You could use one sheer panel on a brass curtain rod, and a matching brass hold back to drape it to the side.

* When I have odd sizes for windows (or my table), I go to the fabric store then make it. A simple patterned curtain with a nice rod can be very attractive when they match.
* If you prefer to buy, then pick one favorite color from your large window curtain & find curtain of that shade.
* or buy pair sheers. One panel on small window & other panel in the middle of large window.

I would try really hard to match both curtains if they are in the same room.
Most curtains are available in varying lengths and widths.
Or, just use valences, and add shades or blinds that match.
