gkk_72 I only want like 15 minutes of video on it in High Def. It wouldnt need to be compressed. Compressing would defeat the purpose of trying to get it into blu-ray format.

A blu ray DVD holds 25GB single layer and 50GB dual layer. A regular DVD holds 4.7GB single layer and 7.95GB dual layer.

I don't know of anything that will compress 25 or 50 GB into 7.95 GB and still be Hi def.
