He is such a fool. He, my mom and my sister are sitting here listening to a dumb psychoanalysis tape and all I did was laugh while I was answering a question and hes like " If you are not interested in what we are listening to then you can just leave the room because we are trying to listen." In a mean way of course. He is always mean to me and I cant get away from him. What can I do to handle this fool before I have a nervous breakdown, huh?

Tell him has he ever considered wearing white? Tell him it would look gorgeous on him and make him look soooo hot.
If he does do this, you can smile and think to yourself...he dresses like someone that's a mental case and belongs in a padded cell.

Wow! Did you read what you wrote before you submitted it? You sound a little selfish. Three people were interested in something. You said all you did was laugh when answering a question & he jumped all over you. You were just an innocent victim forced to listen to something and he was a big mean jerk that yelled at you for laughing.
When I was younger, I know when I had to do something that I didn't want to you, I could have an attitude about it. I made sure everyone else knew exactly how I felt about my resistance. That would escalate the problem. As I grew older, I realized that if I respected other people's opinions, I gained their respect. It's interesting how you didn't mention your sister & mothers reaction to the incident. Why are you not upset with them if your brother in law yelled at you unjustly and they didn't come to your rescue?
Try a little respect. When you give respect, you'll receive it. If everyone else is doing something you don't want to do, think about your choices. Try removing yourself from the situation, or having an open mind about enjoying the experience. Good Luck & God Bless.

perhaps he thought you were making a joke of the situation and his feelings were hurt. chances are you were, since you referred to them as dumb.

try to look at him in a different light instead of calling him a fool. maybe he thinks you do not like him and he is treating you the same way.

Call him on his behavior. When he mades rude comments, just let him no that he does not have to be rude to you. Don't be afraid to not be disrespected.
