Really, everyone who respects and obeys Jesus Christ goes from door to door to teach his neighbors about the Bible's good news. It is interesting that only Jehovah's Witnesses are so clearly identified with the preaching work; globally more than 6 million preach publicly each month.
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you.
(Acts 5:42) Every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus.
(Acts 20:20) I did not hold back ...from teaching you publicly and from house to house
It's sad when someone who claims to respect the bible actually insults or even advocates attacking a peaceful preacher. Sad but completely expected.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching... You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.
Really, if someone goes out of their way to disregard Christian preachers and preaching, what is he saying about himself?
(Luke 10:1-17) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos... “He that listens to you listens to me too. And he that disregards you disregards me too. Moreover, he that disregards me disregards also him that sent me forth.”

As you have observed Jehovah's Witnesses are prominently out preaching the good news of God's kingdom. The person who mentioned Saturday mornings is obviously uninformed. Jehovah's Witnesses can be found preaching from door to door and on the streets daily. Saturday mornings are a convenient time for many who work during the week and school children, however millions are out praising Jehovah day and night. (Revelation 4:8) Indeed, twentyfour hours a day, 7 days a week, our God is being praised somewhere. It is a privilege to be a part of this final worldwide witness.

I don't know of any in this area. some have said 7day adventist but I have never seen one here. So maybe somewhere else.
But the only witness in this whole town comes by everyones house once a year. Mine every week but I asked her to come. A lot of people in town really like her, then some see her as a pest. But she is getting more people who take her magazines all the time. She is old and crippled but she keeps going. She always has a big smile.

Honestly, there are no other group that preach as the JWS. In fact they are not zealous and they lack accurate knowledge of God's word.

Most true Christians share the Gospel regularly...they just dont go door to door on Saturday mornings doing it.....I was a JW for 22 years and I can tell you for a fact that I spend more time sharing the Gospel now than I ever did when I had to preform the weekly service out of required duty, as a Witness.
True Christians do not have to report how many hours that they spend each month speaking about God to anyone...Witnesses fill out monthly time cards and report to the Society how much time they spend door to door...I would expect that if you had mainstream Christians reporting the time they share the gospel, there would be some Jw's surprised with the magnitude of numbers.

Nope. We are the only ones, except for a few Mormons who go through it as a seeming right of passage and then grateful to get out of it. There are some missionaries of different religions that mainly go out to 3rd world countries to do projects, not teach about God's Kingdom, because they know little about it.
Absolutely, we are the only ones freely giving our knowledge to anyone.
