Most watery veges, meat, anything without sugar in it, high fiber carb foods are better than no or low carb foods because they release the energy slower so your body dosent store the energy as quick and as a bonus you wont get constipated if u eat high fiber carbs (as long as you consume enough water). Hope this makes sense.Excluding things from your diet is bad for you, try moderation first. Dairy isn't.

sushi, sashimi,
fish,
spelt (grain < health food store), also millet, kamut, flax seed bread, Ezekial bread, kashi, bulgur.
Read nutritional label:: carbohydrates -- grams of fiber = the glycemic impact of the food. which will tell you the net grams of carbs in the food.
