How do you make home-made butter for popcorn?

Not sure if you want to make butter from scratch or just a yummy butter for popcorn so here's both.

Home made butter

Ingredients:
Heavy Cream

Directions:
Buy heavy cream. Place cream in food processor or blender. Process on high until it becomes thick and lumpy. After you have little lumps and flakes of butter, you must "wash" it. Drain the liquid and mold the butter into a lump. Under cold running water, knead and roll it gently for 5 minutes.

Add salt, if desired, knead it in to distribute it evenly. Mold, then refrigerate.

Parmesan Cheese
Hot Sauce
Red Pepper Flakes
Parmesan Cheese
Cocoa
Chili Powder
Cinnamon
Ranch Dressing
Seasoning Salt

Not sure what you mean by "fiesty" taste, but I just melt some butter in the microwave, watching so it doesn't go too long. Carefully pour it little by little over the entire top of the bowl. Then add some Morton's Popcorn salt.

Just melt real butter in the microwave, pour over the popcorn, salt to taste. Yummy!!

2. Microwave for 20 seconds (or until melted).
3. Pour over popcorn and salt as to your taste.

i would melt butter in the pan after popping if stove top popping and add some chili powder to it. or maybe a few drops of your fave hot sauce to the melted butter then drizzle over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
