There are No Nudist Beaches in Thailand !!!
Thai people do not like nudity , even in private . Thai women do not even wear a bikini , unless they are married to or the lover of a western man . They tend to wear shorts and a T shirt . It is an offence to go naked or expose yourself in Thailand . Even if you could find a deserted beach , their maybe someone working in the palm forrest behind ; you could put yourself at risk of assault . The Tropical climate and fierce sun are not suitable for sunbathing or exposure over long periods .
Thailand is a beautiful country with many things of interest to see ; by all means come to Thailand for a holiday to enjoy Thailand . In the south there are some lovely beach and coral reefs if you like subaqua diving or snorkelling ; a rashguard shirt is recommended .
If Nudism is your priority ; there are so many places to go , in the U.S. , Australia , France , Spain , Canary Islands , the Balearic Islands , Croatia , Greece .
In Thailand , now it is the rainy season , with more frequent thunderstorms and rain along the coast , the sea may be disturbed , full of sand , not the limpid clear , seen in the travel brochures . In Europe it is summer , with a climate more suitable for sunbathing and nudity .

NO - and don't try it. Show respect and observe local custom in Thailand. You DO NOT want to get into trouble with the law there.
Women sunbathing topless on some resorts are generally tolerated, but is NOT well looked upon.
It is even more offensive further down south where there are a lot of muslim communities there.

Thai women are very modest, they wear their regular clothes to swim in, I have seen western woman go topless on the beach. Maybe some Farangs have a nudist beach somewhere.

Absolutely not. Thais are very sexual people behind closed doors and love humour based around sexual innuendo. But in public, revealing flesh and displays of affection are definitely not the go. If you find this hypocritical, well that's the way it is.
Supposing there were a nudist beach, every Thai for miles around would come with his or her digital camera to take photos of the weird 'farangs' or white people taking off their clothes for the world to see. They are a very curious people and like to observe foreigners.

The Thais frown on nudity. Even men are requested to wear shirts in public. At the same time you can generally find beaches that are empty, if you really need to, and then you can wear anything or nothing to your hearts content. Have fun
