i think i got bit by a spider, now it's all sore and the wound has grown really big, anyone to help me cure this with a natural remedy? or is the physician the only answer? help!

If its mild try hydro cortisone. If severe to the point that you feel numbness in that region, you need to go to the minor care unit of the hospital (if available) or emergency room. *And don't scratch it or mess with it!

mattress bugs as in scabies? or unquestionably huge mf bugs on your mattress? get a cream to color your total physique incase its scabies, get a sparkling mattress asap, and if u cant try this then drag it out to 3 severe sunlight shine warmth and a hella lot of insect spray

Well keep track of it, if it keeps on getting worse, see a doctor. if it looks the same after a while, just try some ointments that you could probably find at wal-mart.
