Try this simple plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster.
And the dry feet...dr scholl s has a nice intensive lotion

You can't lose weight really fast but if you watch what you eat and get some exercise daily, you can lose a good bit of weight in a month. Two or three pounds a week would not be unusual and that adds up to 12 pounds in a month!
Ask your doctor about dry feet. Unless your feet are really abnormally dry (the doctor coudl tell you), just wear socks to bed over well-lathered feet, lathered with lotion or oil.

i think running is the best thing. start off by walking and move up to jogging. thats probably the best way to burn weight off. that should work the thighs and get that tummy down. invest in some really good sneakers though. if ur knees r hurting from running then ur shoes aren't good enough. maybe a treadmill at the local gym would be better to start off. but u gotta push urself. no pain, no gain. then again, no pain, no loss. but that doesn't sound as good because it doesn't rhyme.
as far as feet, how about some lotion? r u drinking enough water? my great grammy had a cure for dry feet. u get some peanut butter and cover ur feet with them. then u get some bread and make a nice foot sandwich. the bread will absorb the moisture out the peanut butter and stimulate moisture in ur feet. then, duct tape the bread on ur feet and do the electric slide. now, it won't work if you don't record this whole routine and post it on youtube. the netgods will understand your dilemma and bless u with nice moist feet also. its not for me to get a nice laugh at all. so get that out of ur head.
good luck

For your really dry feet have you heard of a product called eulactol heal balm? It works really well. If you can't get it then some sorbelene cream slathered on your feet and then cover in glad wrap overnight should do the trick. If you want to lose weight fast try the soup diet. E-mail me if you want the recipe
Good luck

I don't know about fast, but you could eat half of what you usually eat. Calories in have to be less that Calories out. Excersise gets rid of Calories. Diet pills may help, but they are not a good idea. Your body needs to maintain a balance. Trying to cheat the balance has bad consequences.
