I have read stories from doctors who work at abortion clinics that say they will see women protesting one week, getting an abortion the next, and protesting again the week after. Talk about hypocrisy. I guess it all comes down to the fact that you don't really know what you would do until you are facing an unplanned pregnancy. Maybe you would do what you always thought you would and maybe you wouldn't. No one should judge anyone else. In the case of religions where you are supposed to save yourself for marriage and a baby outside of wedlock is especially frowned upon - the pressure not to disappoint ones family could probably drive these religious girls to do something they would otherwise be against.

Log in at the protest site and sign a paper promising you will act in a peaceful manner while protesting. Locate and stay on public property at all times. You could be arrested and jailed if you step or walk on the clinic's property. Pray quietly during your visit if you are protesting due to religious beliefs. This can be done individually or on small groups. Your prayers should not be used to incite reactions from those visiting abortion clinics, as this could be viewed as coercion. Hold a pro-life sign during your protest visit. Bring your own sign or use a sign provided by the protest organizer. Don't stop and block the public sidewalk if you decide to speak to women entering or leaving the clinic. This is grounds for an arrest. Leave the abortion clinic quietly taking everything you brought with you.

Because they are incapable of or refuse to actually see other Women's decisions as legitimate. For these Women, the only moral abortion is their abortion. This means that they can still protest the act because, after all, they have extinuating circumstances that the other Women couldn't possibly have. After all, THEY aren't sluts or whores (or any other stereotype for Women who obtain abortions), THEY just had an accident and can't afford to keep that accident. It's a TOTALLY different situation than every single other Women and therefore it's perfectly okay for them to get one! And because their situation is SPECIAL, they can still protest other Women choosing the same thing because all the other Women are just selfish, irresponsible, whores who couldn't possibly have situations like or worst than the religious Woman's.

[/sarcasm]

The ability to truly empathize with others leads to honest compassion and concern. I have seen this quality lacking in Women who protest abortion and yet have abortions themselves.

Peace,
Jenn

Real Catholic or any other type of real Christian would not go and get an abortion or otherwise kill her children.

The women protesting at abortuaries are not the ones running to "get rid of the problem"baby.
Some did get abortions and regret killing their babies and want to save the "clients for the procedure" the mental ,emotional and spiritual pains that abortion has brought to them.

"Women identifying themselves as Protestants obtain 37.4% of all abortions in the U.S.;

Catholic women account for 31.3%,

Jewish women account for 1.3%,

and women with no religious affiliation obtain 23.7% of all abortions.

18% of all abortions are performed on women who identify themselves as "Born-again/Evangelical"."
