Then pray this and MEAN it...
Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you, I repent. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen

You cannot force anyone to become a Christian. You cannot force anyone to believe in Jesus. You can pray for them. You can witness to them. You can testify. But you cannot put up a prayer and force it down someone's throat. I understand what you are trying to do, but it will cause nothing but anger among those who don't want to know God [or think they don't]. However, maybe someone who wants to accept Christ will see this... but if they don't, this will have caused nothing but more resent and anger from those who don't believe. When you want someone to accept Christ next time, please think about how you are going about it. Think about how Christ ministered to others. The woman at the well? He didn't go straight to her and say - you are destined for Hell if you don't say this prayer. He loved her, and it was displayed. Even in the short amount of time that they talked. If you want to reach the lost - show them first, don't try to force them. They have to accept Christ in their spirit. Mere words won't do it for them - no matter how many times they recite it.

LOL. Why do I have to pray to go to Heaven? Doesn't He know that I am a good person? Can't he see the things I do every day? Isn't he ALL KNOWING?
