i researched and saw that i can bring my straightner into the plane but i have to have it in a 3 oz. container.
how am i supposed to fit my straightner into a 3 oz. container??
so my question is, can i bring my straightner onto the plane without putting it into a 3oz. container?

The 3 oz. container rule applies to liquids/gels. I'm assuming you mean an electric straightener, as opposed to a gel product.

Yes, you can carry an electric straightener on the plane, although there's usually no place to plug it in on the plane.

Of course. You just have to pack it in your check in baggage. I am sure that you can do without your straightener for the length of the trip. and... You can always put some in a smaller bottle for the trip if necessary. good luck Question, Is this a liquid or a machine?

That is only for carry on items. Just pack it in your suitcase. Why would you need any thing liquid in your carry on anyways...

I would suggest you to pack it on your suitcase, to avoid any problems.. you might get lucky if they dont see it, but not worth the risk. Just pack it!

i had my straightners in my carry on luggage and it was fine (london-hong kong)

yes, just put it underneath and not as a carry=on
