Sometimes, but not always. A blonde could have dark brown pubic hair, and still be a natural blonde.
In response to puppetmaster, I am a natural blonde, and when I don't shave, my pubic hair is blonde, as are my eyebrows and all other body hair.

If you are a natural blond, then you will have light colored pubic hair. It also depends on how much hair you have down there. Some girls are lucky and have a fine distribution.
fat_lard_lad your pubic hair is probably light bown also, why don't you pluck some out and put it to light. it'll be light brown! :-P

no because most blonds bleach their hair . natural blonds are kind of extinct nowadays. haha
