Bravo for wanderwall's answer! It's true. I've read, viewed and heard many other sources telling the same thing. I also have physicians' documentation about the causes that prompted my 2 parents to die one from stroke and the other from cancer because of their consumption of flesh.

A flesh diet will give you lots of fat and calories... AND cholesterol which very diligently cause you strokes, heart attacks, cancers and so many other "cutsies" that even doctors can't cure! :o)

My sister has been a vegan (strict vegetarian) for over 30 years. She's 89 and everyone thinks she's 49 and they faint when they know her age! Never had face lift. For over 30 years she never needs to see a doctor or hospital, she never needs medicines. She swims laps for over an hour every other day, dances strenuous folk dances at Central Park in the summer and indoors in the winter, carries very heavy packages, etc.

I'm certainly following her life style and maybe you too? Adela

Usually, the drumstick/leg of the chicken is the fattiest choice of meat as it's dark meat. This has more calories and fat than chicken breast without the skin.

One drumstick without skin and without any oil or marinade is 130 calories with 5 grams of fat. Check out the link...
