Nothing evil about those lyrics. They are actually asking someone who doesn't believe in God if they are sure they've made the right decision and will they feel the same way at the end of their life.

I grew up on Ozzy and all the rest in the HM 70's and 80's and, actually, very little of it that was considered "evil" or anti-Christ is.

Too many people judge the book by the cover. Just because they have the name Black Sabbath doesn't mean they aren't worth listening to. It is the same with a number of other artists who get termed as 'evil'.
