Like you are there by your self and no one is there to watch it for you so do you take it to the bathroom with you or if same one sees you go to the bathroom with it will they think you are weird or what

I don't see a big problem about it...though the bathroom is not the perfect place to be with a laptop...but you can take in a bag or something...and well, some people like to read in the bathroom, so there's not much difference lol!!

I would take it in in a bag, and try to hang it on the door.
You can't just leave it outside.
HOWEVER, don't be using the computer while other people might be waiting to get into the bathroom stall!
And porn on your laptop in a public restroom is even a bigger no no...
Oh, and instant messenging someone else to come in there and join you would be wrong too...

It's okay to let your laptop go to a public bathroom if it really needs to go, but stand right outside the door to make sure some pervert doesn't go in and fondle its keys or something. That happened to mine and it's still in therapy.

well.. it would be weird if you were to use it... but if it was in the case, then no. I guess it all depends on where you are. If you're in the office, and you take your laptop with you, yeah, that's weird. But if you're in a cafe and using your laptop, I think it would be okay to take it with you. Just don't put it on the floor, gross.

if you are bringing it in for fear of having it ripped off is ok, but it is rude if you are sitting on the stool using it instead of doing your business. imagine if you need to "go" really bad and you had to wait because some chick was checking email in the stall instead of doing number 1 or 2?

It is not weird. If you haven't anyone to watch your laptop, and you need to use the restroom, unfortunately, you will need to pack it up and take it with you. Otherwise,unattended, someone may take it. It is unfortunate, but true.

If you want someone to walk off with it then just leave it on the table - otherwise pack it up and take it with you.
