18:57 is 6:57 Pm its military time all you do is add 12 to regular time if its after 12PM like 1pm would be 13:00

They've all given you a fish but forgot to teach you how to fish. With the 24 hour clock, if the hour is greater than 12 (which is noon) then subtract 12 to get the time PM. 24:00 and 0:00 are the same time but 24:00 is the end of the day and 0:00 is the start of the day.
