Adam and Eve sinned before they had any children. The Hebrew word for sin means to "miss the mark" or to fall short of perfection . It was impossible for Adam and Eve to produce children who were perfect since they themselves were no longer perfect. Sin is like a genetic disorder we all inherited from Adam. (Romans 5:12)

Not just to mankind.
According to several Creationists I've debated, there was no disease of any kind before the sin of Adam ... so all animals were also condemned ... oh and plants and fungi also get diseases so I guess they're being punished too ... heck even bacteria are attacked by viruses, so I guess God's punishment extends to them too.
But do the Creationists stop there? Nope. There are Creationists who believe that the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics didn't exist before the sin of Adam (this is as a way of explaining why God can violate the 2nd Law during creation, and why there was no "disorder" or "aging" before the sin of Adam).
So the entire universe is running down ... all because Adam couldn't keep his meaty paws off that one fruit.

Because Adam was the first man of all mankind and he sinned. We are of Adam, and it flows from the head all the way down

He doesn't. That's a misinterpretation of Augustine carried on through Calvinism. It is not the guilt of Adam's sin which is inherited, but rather the circumstances into which we are all born being prone to temptation.
God does not hold people accountable for things they have no control over

To me, the sin of Adam (what is sometimes called "original sin") is the basic human tendancy to act in selfish/self-serving ways that excludes the good of others.
Biblically, Adam's sin was disobedience, but the root of it was a self-serving desire to do things his way. The story explains in a metophorical way where this basic human tendancy came from. So it isn't that God attributes Adam's sin to all of us; it's just a recognition of what is.

He doesn't.
The nature of Adam's sin resulted in the enslavement of Adam, along with the entire human race, to Satan, the devil.
It was merely one of the consequences of Adam's sin.
Jesus destroyed Satan's power when he became man, then he redeemed us, and gave us our freedom.
If Jesus didn't do it, nobody else could have.

because the world was theirs. Adam and Eve were literally the ones who inherited the Earth from God and they did what they willed, which was disobeying God... and therefore giving us all freewill to live by God's laws or not. If they didn't eat the fruit it would STILL to this very day be just Adam and Eve living here.

In my church we aren't guilty of adam's sins. "We believe that men will be punished for their own sins and not for Adam's transgression." It's not like we could stop him. But his doing so did cause us to be able to die. Without him and his partaking of the fruit none of us would even be here.

Before Adam and Eve ate the fruit there was no knowledge of sin on earth. So essentially he brought it into the world.
