I've already done research on Cairn Terriers, but I want to hear from any personal experiances, because the websites just state general info about the dog, they dont never give any personal comments on what real owners have to say.

i have worked at 3 different kennels and i have meet like 6 different cairns they are some of the sweetest and calmest terriers you will ever meet they're very funny and cute and playful and hardly in health issue any more question email on here and i will tell you more about the dogs i took care of and some stories to go with them.

yes i owned one for 11 yrs untill she got cancer and the day that i was going to take her to put her out of her misery she died on the kitchen floor . She left a big hole in my heart . they are amazing dogs and they like kids . she was great she let my 2 yr old nephew pull at her ears to a certain extent . I miss her very much . they are good watch dogs too will let you know when someone does not belong there . good luck .

I have never owned one but I've known a few that belonged to friends. They are a wonderful breed and very sweet and friendly. Their owners felt the same way.

I have a Cairin Terrier. His name is Bailey. Cairin's are very good house pets. They are energenic and alot of fun. get one. youll be happy. They're also great with kids! So enjoy!

i have owned one but unfortunately someone stole her. btw they are good family members but they are pretty scrappy to people and dogs if you dont socialize them well. hope you have fun when you get one
