I wouldn't want to just happen to look over and see your drunken friend peeing in your pond exposing himself !! You don't have a problem with this yourself!! Strange!!

I understand your gripe, its nothing to do with your neighbour. However the Englishman and his castle is a little out dated now and should be reworked to say 'a European and his home'. This way we wont upset any immigrants or eastern europeans etc.

Your castle now belongs to everyone except you in the eyes of the law. If someone breaks into your house and you justifiably cause them damage who gets prosecuted? Yep, its you. So-called human rights laws have a lot to answer for. Our homes should be our castles and we should have the right to do whatever we want within our own property.

then the health & safety killjoys entered the affray
then the equal opportunities decided to join in on behalf of the homeless
and the final nail in the coffin was the taxman

Some people lead sad lives and have to spy on their neighbours for entertainment.
Perhaps your neighbour is annoyed because he never gets invited to your parties.
