Cold washcloth over your eyes, it's quite refreshing as well.
I hope you feel better.
Practice deep breathing to reduce stress and put more oxyen in your body. That will relax you as well.
(my mom told me to tell you this too.. so that is Mothers Advice ;)

Hey sweetie, I hate having puffy eyes too! I feel like everyone can tell that I've been crying! Arg! I can help you though! Here are some things that I've personally tried in the past (most to least effective, but all work!): 1) This is going to sound weird, but I've found the best thing to use is hemorrhoid cream. I apply a thin layer of cream to the tissue surrounding the eye (eyelid and under eye areas). Make sure you don't get the cream in your eyes though! It takes about ten minutes to work! Then, I'll gently blot each eye with a tissue and apply my makeup directly over. This technique never fails! =D 2) Aloe Vera Gel helps to soothe and diminish my puffy eyes too! Keep some in the refrigerator! I've noticed it works quicker and more effectively if it's cold too! 3) I've placed cold, wet tea bags on my eyes. Supposedly, the stuff inside the tea bag will reduce the swelling right away. I've noticed some improvement, but it takes forever! *I'm not sure if you get bloodshot eyes like me too, but if you do, pickup some RedEye! Works like a charm! Yup! I hope I helped! Good luck hun! -Yoga Girl-

Get a cucumber and cut two thick slices. Place them over your eyes and it should help the puffyness go away. A cool wash towel works well too. Oh and teabags, preferably tea that has caffeine in it. After you drink it let them cool down, put em in the freezer then on your eyes. It zaps the puffy eyes.

Take some ice out of the freezer and put them in two bags. Then, lay down and put them on your eyes or anything else that's red and puffy. (nose) I used to take two large pieces of ice and just put them directly on my eyes...(eyelids and around eyes)
But if you don't have ice, put two spoons in the freezer and then go wash your face with the coldest water you have. Then once the spoons are really really cold, put them on your eyes and relax. listen to music, or daydream of your happy place.
Then go eat some of your favorite ice cream, but still make sure you have something cold on your eyes still. It could also be a cold damp towel. It's sure to reduce the puffyness from your eyes in about an hour or so.

Deal with the issue that makes you cry all night. I once remembered a person who took advantage of me tried to come back into my life. I took out a restraining order. Guess what?? No more vexatious person and no more tea bags on eyes (not for that anyway) Stay strong my friend.

Plenty of cold water. Soak a face cloth in cold water and lay it across your eyes.
Then there's the cold wet (used) tea bags, slices of cucumber or even cold spoon pressed onto your eyes - but personally I'd stick with the cold water method.
Oh and tackle the problem that caused all of te upset in the first place. x

I always use a really cold washcloth and close my eyes and leave it on as long as I can stand it. Rubbing ice cubes on them helps too. I hope whatever made you cry is resolved. If it's a significant other - they aren't worth it..........keep looking happiness is around the next corner.

An ice pack, or a coldpack, used to treat athletic injuries will reduce the swelling. Surgical supplies, sell masks, made expressly for this purpose. Ice, inside of a plastic ziplock freezer bag, will also work. Please, be careful not to get the tissues too cold; some of these coldpacks can produce frostbite.
