My free trial is done, and now they want me to pay money. However there is one more person I want to look up. I tried creating a new account, but it wont let me.

I have two questions.
1.) Can someone tell me to make a new account?
2.) Can someone make an account for me and tell me the username/ password, since my computer wont let me.
(If u do you will probably get my best answer)

If the other lady cant find what you're after just email me or edit your question. I may be able to help.

Ancestry.com costs $19.95 per month for their US Deluxe membership (you can cancel like a day before the month is up and you won't be charged again.). I just signed up again tonight because of some people I'm trying to find , too (who is this other person you need looked up??) Or, you can wait a while and sign up for another free trial with them or go to their sister site www.rootsweb.com (this costs only if you want to buy their Family Tree Maker software). www.familysearch.org is also free (it has billions of names worldwide, dating back in some cases to the 9th and 10th centuries. It is the website operated by the Mormon Church in Utah), and if they don't have it no one does.

It's only one free offer per membership.
Try updating your account or go to help menu.
