You can cut off the ends or deep condition the tips.

Use Pro-V or some sort of damage restoration shampoo and conditioner, get a good brand(judged by the price), trim your split ends, apply olive oil to your tipps, get a hot oil and steam treatment, there's alot of things you could do for your hair, go read a magazine.

Your hair is probably too damaged to fix. The best way to make your hair look fresh is to get a trim. You might not want to go short, but the more you're willing to remove the better the
result. It's impossible to have very long, very bleached hair that looks shiny and healthy.

Trim your hair about every 2 months. Also make sure when you use conditioner you put some on the ends. You can also try deep conditioning

get them cut off...... the dye builds up on the end of the hair which makes them dry and so they will not colour the same as the rest of the hair no matter what you do...... get a trim every 6 weeks to keep your hair healthy....

Get a haircut, never dye your hair blonde again-its horrible for hair, Use lots of conditioner and dont put it near your scalp.

i sugest getting them trimmed before the damage travels further up your hair shaft. In the meantime get a deep conditioner or a hot oil treatment.

you probably need to get your ends trimmed, dry hair doesn't hold color that well. I use this shampoo and conditioner called Cleanse & Mend by Aussie, it's not too pricey and it does wonders for my dry ends.

It's time to let your hair breath again. And it sounds like you need a good trim and conditioning.
