Sure, here you go:
God created everything.
God is holy and perfect.
God created man - male and female.
Man sinned, and the children of men "inherited" this sinfulness.
So, all people are sinners.
Nobody is holy and perfect like God.
God commands and demands all to be holy and perfect like Him in order to go to heaven.
And again, none are.
Thus, all are doomed for hell.
EXCEPT (Good News, i.e. the "Gospel"):
God became man - Jesus Christ.
Jesus fulfilled the law, and was/is perfect and holy.
He willing laid down His life for the sins of man to satify the justice of God (who couldn't just overlook the sins of man).
He rose from the dead - coming back to life - showing He was and is God and has power over death.
He ascended into heaven and will come again.
All who believe in this message and receive Jesus Christ as their Lord (following Him) and Savior (believe He died for their personal sins) will be saved.
So, the sure-fire "way" into heaven:
Turn to God in prayer...and ask Him for forgiveness. Tell Him you believe He came and died for your sins. And tell Him you will follow Him for the rest of your life. Ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit.
In ONE sense...this is "cheating"...as you don't earn your way to Heaven...but it is FREELY given to you. That is why it is called "Grace", which is a "FREE GIFT"
So...in a sense, ALL people "cheat" their way into heaven.
THE CATCH:
It MUST be from your heart.
You can fool people, but you can't fool God...for He KNOWS your heart.
So, if you merely go through these motions and say some empty words...and your heart is not it in...then neither will God accept you...and you will still be doomed to die and go to hell to be punished in the fires of tormenting hell for all eternity.

I think that the best way back in to heaven or the best way to get there is a selfless act. That is the only sure fire way to get there.

lol. all you need for heaven is belief in Christ as the Messiah. you dont necessarily need the Bible... but it helps because it explains the person and work of Christ from eyewitness POVs
