i need a DVD player because my XBOX 360 is TOO NOISY, so i'm looking for a DVD Player i want it to hold multiple discs, and i want it to have an Optical Audio Output, but i dont need it to do the whole HDMI upconvert stuff, so i'd rather not spend the extra money on it.

Here's the one I'd get. If you want optical output, you're going to have to look around the $200 to $300 range for a 5-cd changer.
