You sure can. You have been paid to offset repair costs. However, you will wish you had gotten your car fixed when you try to sell it or trade it in. Also, the cost to repair your car may be higher than what they actually paid you, or there may be more damage that you could not see that you cannot recoup if you don't get the repairs taken care of, But, it's your car and your choice.

Absolutely. Enjoy the check, but you'll still need some insurance coverage to protect yourself and others.

You can spend it any way your pea-pickin' little heart desires. But you may have a bit of a problem when you need wheels, 'cause you ain't getting more than one check outa your insurance company.

yes i did. its up to you what you want to do with the money. just tell them to send you the check and youll make the repairs later.
