i have noticed that i have quite a few strawberry moles that i never had or noticed should ibe concerned?

depends, how old are you? and what is it you re calling a strwaberry mole? If you mean those little red "dots" that we get on our skin as we age (never seen one larger then the diameter of a pencil eraser, mostly just the size of a pencil lead) then no, they are called cherry-something( I can't remember)
