Many people say "what if God doesnt exist?" but the fact remains that He does! How would you explain your very existence and if you say we evolved from monkeys. Well, how would you explain where the monkeys came from. There is no logic answer for this.Who made us? God is the giver of life and He gave us all feeling, emotions, sense, etc. to be able to function. So yes, we can get strength from within but not by our own ability. When you trust in God and give your life to Him,then will you truly feel and see His existence. If you remain sceptical or with no belief, youll never see His greatness in action. These people told you this because theyve felt weak and asked for Gods help and suddenly their strengths are renewed.Trust God ,thats all Faith is,believing in something you have not yet seen, but knowing its there.
God Bless

How about this:
What if we are right and G-d does exist, then what will you do with the results of you actions at the end of this life? Which are based on your convictions and conscience.
The Psalmists said it best: He is the strength of my life and my Salvation the LORD is the strength of my life...

If God does not exist, then I have lost nothing. If indeed God DOES exist, you who scoff and refuse to accept Christ as Lord and Savior will have lost ETERNITY.

the Bible says that the JOY of the Lord is our strength.
Honestly, It's all about how we perceive God's Love for us. and that is what gives us JOY.

Yes. It's like Dumbo's feather.
(Edit)
Dumbo is a Walt Disney feature-length animated film about a baby elephant who could fly. Dumbo believed that a bird's feather he held in his trunk was responsible for his ability to fly, when, in reality, it was the size of his ears. In other words, it was him, not the feather.
