They race well together, never against each other, they joke around with each other during the race and after the race, never hear a negative word out of any of them!!!

charlie p.... I'm not talking some races some of the time like you are when talking about HMS I'm saying RCR drivers are always there for eachother all the time, there is never a doubt that they will race with each other and never against each other!

I have to agree... Richard seems to keep his guys happy!
He's got some real talent on his team.
Have you noticed their interviews? Always postive..upbeat.
Kevin & Clint are always joking and laughing...Jeff, tells it like it is but in a respectful way..doesn't like to get caught up in rumors on other teams.

Yes RCR is some of the best teammates. You never hear them bashing each other in interviews and they seem to try to help each other whenever possible. The drivers seem more goaled towards a team win most other teams. While we watch the other teams fighting and wrecking each other for the win we don't see that from RCR. Its more a practice what you preach thing for RCR. They have commraderie and friendship as well as a team attitude. They don't need to talk about it. While other teams speak about how they are going to work together and they are friends RCR doesnt speak about it they just show it. To me RCR shows a lot of class. Its refreshing to watch teams who show team spirit and arent wrecking each other and placing blame on teammates.

I'm embarrassed, so many rude people in here. What are you upset because of the Busch race today? Are you upset a RCR driver won, and the other two finished in the top 4? It's not the 1st time it's happened this year. At Sonoma, COT race, all the RCR were in the top 4 also. Are you rude people angry because it wasn't your driver or your team who had finishes in the top 4?
RCR has a great team, their drivers stick by one another, learn from one another, help one another... oh wait. I remember now... today in the Busch race, that smart sweet move Burton and Harvick pulled on Kyle Busch going to pit road.. is that part of your anger? You just can't admit they made an awesome move and fooled a HMS driver? And yes, Kyle is still a HMS til the end of the season. I see now, it's coming together. God forbid RCR be in the spotlight, forbid them from pulling off some smart moves on other drivers. Oh, that move was sweet RCR made today!! And now the pressure is on for the Cup race. Kevin Harvick practically owns that track with 2 wins, and Burton started 1st last year and finished 2nd. Are you rude non RCR fans threatened this weekend by RCR dominance at that track? Guess you will have to get over it and yourself.
One more thing.... expect to see more dominance out of RCR the remainder of this year.

I have to agree, they do support each other very well. RCR drivers have a pretty good history. But what's with all this bashing? All Nascarfan31 did was make an observation. Are all the haters blind?
Did you hear Jeff Burton on the radio today, laughing and answering that question about his "air vent hoses" sticking out his window net? Hilarious! and very good natured. Why all the hate? If your opinions are that bad, maybe they would be best left unsaid.

ID say so. Compared to Gibbs ( Tony vs Denny) and Hendrick ( Busch vs the rest) they look like the best working team. They all share input from their cars and get along. RCR might add a fourth team next year, hopefully a wise choice that will not change the chemistry of the whole group.

Well Richard is a great owner and you have 3 real nice drivers with good attitudes. I think Kevin calmed down a lot after Jeff ended up there.

I'd have to agree. They do always work well together and each of them know it's safe to have their teammates racing close. There's no battle of huge egos as there is at Gibbs. I just wish Jr had signed with RCR rather than HMS.

What an interesting question and while I haven't really anything to dispute your conclusion that Childress racers get along the best.My overall theory would be that teammates getting along changes on a weekly basis.There are times when teammates arent getting along or are in a snit (Gordon/Johson).Then those same guys are sharing so much info they dominate.So how do you judge or define getting along?Me I define it as cars being in the top 12 and finsihing in the top ten.So based on that I'll say HMS gets along best.

They get along great but I don't recall ever seeing them particularly work together extremely well.
They have nothing on what Dale Jr and Mikey had, or what Dale Jr and Martin Truex have now. The Ganassi group works pretty well together, also.
