REALLY bad --- even if they're labeled as "fat free" they'll make you fat bc they're made out of sugar which, is the leading culprit in the obesity epidemic in the US.....not fat (well, okay trans fat are in with the sugar but, not other fats --- like from cheese and stuff)...

I guess bad cause they are a junk food. But still, if you love it, im not trying to push you away from it. Eat like two or four a day. That way. you won't eat the whole bag in a day. ;)

They are junk food even though it says "Fat Free". You have to remember sugar is fat free even though it makes you chunky.
