I think you'll have a look a lot deeper than simply accepting Gatorade is not sold in Israel because it doesn't have kosher certification.
As I'm sure the asker knows, there is plenty of non-kosher food in Israel. In fact, I recall reading recently that two thirds of all eating places in Israel do NOT have kosher certification. To the answerer who tried to explain kosher to us, I can assure you that you can buy pork in Israel - they breed and raise pigs there. The majority of Israelis are, in fact, secular and a great deal more open minded that we are generally led to believe.
I think you will find the the answer lies in a number of reasons which added together make Israel (at the moment) a market not particularly worth pursuing by Gatorade. The two main ones being:
(i) Gatorade's dominance of the global market linked to Israel's relatively small franchise opportunities. Non kosher certification making that market even smaller. My understanding is that the ingredients in Gatorade are kosher certified but Gatorade itself cannot be certified because they use co-packers whose lines and ingredients are not Kosher certified. I think if the market were bigger then they might well change their processes to get certification or produce the product inside the country.
(ii) past support by Pepsi (the owners of Gatorade through Qaker Oats) of the Arab League's Israeli boycott and the impact this has had on their past and present ability to do business in Israel.
If its current presence in Israel continues to flourish, I am sure Pepsi's interest in pushing more of its products will grow. When it makes economic sense to do so they will introduce kosher certified Gatorade. For the time being it may well be that they have bigger fish to fry!

There is Gatorade in Israel . It can be found in any superfarm , it is in the engergy section . Or diet .Or almost any pharmacy. The kashrut (kosherness ) is good for a Jew who lives in America , like say trangle k or ou , etc, when i made aliyah my family switched to a higher or simaler kosher symbol , of course there are more stringent places but that and symbolism should not matter if you aren t Jewish or aren t becoming a Jew or are more machmir as the yeshivish say....

Just like the cuts of meats, the beverages must be Kosher as well. What I mean by this is if anybody is caught selling a non - kosher beverage to anybody then that merchant would most likely loose his license until he gets rid of everything that is not kosher.
In Israel, they are very strict.

The fact that Gatorade is not Kosher would make getting it to the Israeli market a challenge.
It would ether require a change in its ingredients or going though loop holes to get a non-kosher product into the market.

I'd say that it's a combination of Gatorade being not-kosher, meaning it wouldn't reach full market capitalization and no real demand for it.

My daughter was very ill in Cairo and I found Gatorade there. You just have to go to the larger supermarkets.
