Unfortunatly many females, this is a bery sad matter because many females think they can eat as much junk and foods that have no nutritional value in them and then they can go to the gym and burn it off. Well, they cant do that because the chemicals get absorbed by many living organs in their bodies.

Many people die because they eat too much or too little.
But that is not the immediate cause put on the death certificate.
Obesity, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure, cancer, etc.
These are all the symptoms of poor nutrition.
