My all time favorite appetizer is mozzerella sticks.

It's a half of a red-skinned potatoe with the pulp scooped out and filled with cheddar cheese and bacon bits; they come frozen and you just pop them into the oven to bake, or fry them if you have a deep fryer. Chicken wings are good too.
