Yes I do. I don't trust tap water and it tastes really horrible. I get the refrigerator-sized (2.5 gallons) container with the spout for home and I keep bottles of flavored Dasani to take with me to class or when I go running.

And I drink a LOT of water...I put away one of those containers every 2-3 days plus what I drink from the individual sized bottles.

Yes, I realize plastic never goes away but at least they are getting recycled. I filter most of my water but if I am on the go, then it is hard to buy water that is not in a plastic water bottle. Give me a better alternative and I will use it.

If I am on a trip I always drink bottled water. I don't like any other water except bottled or from home.
And if you are where there is contaminated water what else would you drink? What if you couldn't boil water and the only thing you had was bottled water??? I would take the bottled water any day over contaminated water.

So tell me smarty farty, what do you do when you are out of the house and require a beverage. Skip the store completely and head to the horse trough?

Yes, but everyone in our home has a designated bottle with their name on it. Then we refill and reuse them until they will not hold water anymore. We keep unopened bottles only for "guests".

what i think is ironic is how much you people spend for a bottle of water then gripe about the price of gas.
