If you are serious... he is screwed.

If they charge him under Federal laws, which for this amount they 99 % will, the minimum mandatory sentance is 25 years in Federal Prison.

That is the law.... Federal Trafficing penalties are very stiff.

Dude, he is in a world of hurt.

Yes, they may be from wealthy families, but you cant be stereotypical in saying well off people do not make bad life style choices. What these British girls done was illegal, and no matter what their age is, they should serve a prison sentence appropriate to their wrong doing. The problem is that the Home Office will thrash the Peruvian government and its legal system, have the girls deported back to the UK and they will get nothing more than a slap on the wrist. But the best of it is that when they do return, they will make a fortune out of TV interviews and documentaries on how their time in Peru was 'hell' all through no fault but their own.

Depends on if he cuts a deal. He needs to rat on all the top people and get them prosecuted. He needs a good lawyer. Who is to say these days. He could be out in 10 years. Maybe 5 if he gets a drug king pin prosecuted. Alot of times it's the little guy that is the one busing the stuff that gets the serious time though.

20 to 30

Minimum 20 years unless he gives up someone really big. 25 pounds isn't residue or a joint in the pocket, it's not just a possession charge, it's intent to distribute too.

Double digits. 25 pounds is a lot. If he gets tried in federal court, there is no parole. You do the whole sentence behind bars.
