I would just take them all to the vet to do a check up. Good luck!

Try to give Mum a teaspoon of water every hour if she won't eat. She needs to keep her fluid levels up if she is being sick.
Even if she sicks most of the water back up, hopefully a little will stay down.
Vet in the morning if there is a surgery or find one in your Town which does (we have one with an emergency surgery at 12 on a Sunday)
If she is really poorly tomorrow, you can phone your vet's number - there must always be a Vet on call - and will probably be met at the surgery by the Duty vet.

Consult your vet...but a good place to start would be a worming (from your vet, not over the counter) and a high quality pet food. Suki still probably needs a little extra nourishment after having nursed 3 kittens for 7 weeks.

My cat has thrived on Evaporated Milk. We thought he was on his last legs 3 weeks ago and he is like a kitten again now and he is 18!! We only give him a small amount at a time though. Do try it

Take her to the vet and explain the problems the kittens and cat have been having. That's th best thing to do.

obviously some bug. give it overnight and if not better go to the vet tomorrow. However, in the mean time, mix bland food like white fish or chicken with water so that the cat gets lots of hydration, one of the biggest problems would be dehydration rather than the illness itself for animals.

You need to take them all to the vets as soon as possible because it sounds like there's something wrong with them that's making the rounds and with kittens involved it's always best to get them seen to as quickly as possible as they can fade quickly.
Hope this helps and they all feel better soon.

water, no milk.
Fresh tin of food from a different batch.
Cat Biscuites if you have them
No change in the morning, seek advice from a vet.
If she gets worse, call RSPCA or PDSA for help.
