How high is your tolerance?
30mg is not a big dose for people who have been on lots of different pain medications for a long time. However, it is a big dose for people who have not developed a tolerance to opiates. It is roughly the equivalent to a 10mg injection although it has a long and slow onset time and lasts 12 hours in the body.
