He meant nothing more and nothing less than what he said.
He has a good time when he is with you.
He is saying nothing about the future, getting married, a life together, or anything else.
If you want to talk about those things, then you need to talk about them directly.
Warning. Doing so will be the end of his "liking" to spend time with you...

Maybe maybe not but just enjoy his company and don't rush into things or get your hopes up. Everything takes time.

He wants to be with you to put it simply, are you guys going out? If you are he wants to stay, not be one of those 2-3 months then its over. If your not, he wants too.
