Cole slaw definitely goes well with catfish. French fries or onion rings would be good too.

Greens with hot sauce, fried okra, cole slaw, yams, corn on the cob, green beans with bacon, black eyed peas with bacon, corn bread. And dont forget the big ol' glass of sweet iced tea. These are just some ideas. Here's a good web site for some recipes:
