Have u ever noticed if your cat seems to use one paw more than the other.

Yes they are. If you take a box, cut a small hole in that they can only get one paw into, and then put a toy or food inside, they'll use the paw they use the most, like we use our right (or left) hand when reaching for something.

When they both take their first swipe at my hand (they like to shake and box); or a new toy to chase, they seem to start with their right paws.

I don't know about everybody else's cat, but mine is right-handed.
