OK, I've done a little more research and finally found a reference to Nebuchadnezzar as God's signet king. I thought that was right originally, but I couldn't find the term "signet" tied to him in any version of the Bible I had available. ...so I went with Zerubbabel the first time because of Haggai 2:23!
