No. Look up personality disorders. There are many kinds. They aren't mental illnesses but characteristics of certain people. It's who they are. Very interesting stuff.

Because some people are selfish. Usually they learn it from the people they're related to, especially if it's their parents; others lie because they're afraid if people will find out the truth then they won't be liked anymore.
I feel guilty when I lie so I don't do it. What's the point in lying? It's better to tell the truth.

Some people are maybe just pathological liars and it doesn't bother tham to lie. Me when I lie I can't stand I feel guilty all the time. People who don't probably don't really care about other peoples feelings.

Because they're to cold to feel anythingh in their heart. They enjoy makin other people feel bad but one day somethinghs gonna happen to them and they'll realize they were wrong.
